I can highly recommend Marc he is brilliant with anything to do with computers,iPads etc.If you need any help or advice with anything to do with IT problems Marc is the man to go to.Your Pc and information will be completely safe with him. He is definitely worth a 5 star review. First met Marc 2 years ago when our old computer packed up and Marc was recommended to sort it out and diagnosed the problem was the motherboard which he replaced . The old one finally had to be replaced as it could no longer update,we needed a new one and again asked Marc for his help in sorting out a new one that would suit our needs. He set up a new pc this January and transferred old info and patiently went through the new set up and anything I didn’t understand as I am not very technical. He did such a great job that when we decided to replace both our old iPads,I again asked for his advice and recommendation as best ones for us to have. Marc came last week and set new ones up and also fixed the iPads so I could print from them as well,which I couldn’t do with old ones. Thanks Marc

Have had Marc look after my domestic IT for several years now and first class service and advice. Recently consulted him about Windows 10 support ceasing and difficulties anticipated. Came up with advice on necessary action and fitted appropriate equipment in PC accordingly. Excellent solution. Prompt turn-round with PC, very friendly and talks my kind of language!

Marc is absolutely brilliant and I would 100% recommend as the best IT guy in Worcester. Very trustworthy with your IT equipment. I rang up with the problem with my computer, dropped it off the next day and he started repair and diagnostic. There were several issues that had arisen and Marc was able to fix every single one with a great price. He even ordered me a specific part and installed it as it had broken because of me. I was in London during the time and kept me updated every step of the way and I was able to pick it up the day after he completed work. There was an issue with the Motherboard and it was the manufacturer's fault and Marc took the time to contact the manufacturer themself and resolve the situation fast and effectively. After he returned the computer I had some questions and the computer and he quickly answered them no problem. I will definitely be using Marc should any more IT issues arise as he is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Marc for doing a great job!

I trusted Marc with my Mac as it completely shut down on me. He had fixed it, and quoted me a reasonable amount. Very quick turn around & kept me in the loop during the entire process. Being a video editor I’m so please he was able to fix my laptop in such a short period of time. Marc is very friendly & professional. After my experience I would 110% recommend without a doubt for any IT issues. You will not be disappointed. Thank you once again Marc & all the best!
