My wife dropped her phone in the bath which resulted in the screen not functioning and the phone becoming unusable. My wife took her phone to 1MB Tech the next morning and explained the problem. The service she received was exemplary. The gentleman running the shop gave her a temporary mobile to use whilst he attempted to fix her phone and texted her updates and options about the repair throughout the day. The fix was going to cost £80 so my wife elected to instead purchase a phone. There was no hard sell, the first phone she was offered was the same £80 cost as the fix. My wife chose a new phone for £129 (Samsung with an Android 15 operating system) & the gentleman at 1MB Tech transfered all her phone contents (photos, contacts, apps etc) from her broken phone to her new phone. My wife enquired about a case and again no hard sell, she bought a £10 case and a screen protector which were both installed by the proprietor of the shop. All of this was done within the working hours of the day. The proficiency, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of 1MB Tech is why I highly recommend them to anyone in need of having their mobile phone fixed.
