This is the worst place I have ever done business with. I called them explained what I needed done and they provided a telephone number to a mechanic. I called schedule a time and the mechanic never arrived. I had to call him and he stated that he hurt his back. Second mechanic was scheduled he never arrived. I called him and he said it was a family emergency and couldn’t come. Third mechanic I called and scheduled a time and he arrived. However, he did not appear to know what he was doing. Took my engine half apart and left the interior of my car in shambles spilled gasoline and now the interior smells like gasoline. It was a parent. He did not know how to work on a jaguar. Fourth mechanic called and was scheduled. I had an emergency and now I’ve been ghosted. The owner of the shop is ghosting me, and nobody’s returning a telephone call nor a Text message. My vehicle is now left in worse condition than it started, I cannot do the work I have become severely disabled. I have no income and it took me a really long time to save for this. I asked on several locations if they knew how to work on a jaguar and the part that I needed replaced. The owner stated that they did know and he would take care of everything. The owner stated that the third mechanic had blocked him and was no longer communicating with him. Sounds like a bunch of BS. Go with a different company. This company would receive negative stars if I could give it and now I’m screwed.. I had given them several opportunities to make this correct and they did not.
