Our heater wouldn’t kick in for a few days or would heat up and then start blowing cold air. We called Misurelli / Sorensen and they came the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. We have had good experiences with Misurelli heating & cooling. Today was no different. Our technician was Tom. He was friendly, professional, explained things very clearly and simply without being condescending. He explained our options clearly, and did the work expertly. The price was very fair given the work done for us. Unlike other heating & cooling companies, we have never felt that Misurelli tries to upsell us, to convince us to pay more than we really need to. This, plus outstanding techs like Tom, is why we continue to hire Misurelli when our very old house and its very hold HVAC systems need adjustments or repairs.
Had to replace the Hot Water Heater and Furnace at the same time, crew arrived on time and ready to work, excellent service and great value for the money. Definitely will continue to use them for future projects. Highly recommend them .
