He was friendly, professional, explained things very clearly and simply without being condescending. He explained our options clearly, and did the work expertly. The price was very fair given the work done for us. Unlike other heating & cooling companies, we have never felt that Misurelli tries to upsell us, to convince us to pay more than we really need to. This, plus outstanding techs like Tom, is why we continue to hire Misurelli when our very old house and its very hold HVAC systems need adjustments or repairs.

Our heater wouldn’t kick in for a few days or would heat up and then start blowing cold air. We called Misurelli / Sorensen and they came the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour.
