The service is great! There is only one place in Kenosha I trust. Owner is a man of integrity and the whole company has been a joy to work with. When furnace goes out in Wisconsin in the winter knowing a good company that is honest and quick is so incredibly important!
Our heat was intermittently going out so we had someone come out and take a look. Our furnace and exhaust pipes were looked at with no issue found, and a tune up was done. Services was quick and the tech was informative. Will call back with any future issues, and for all future maintenance.
Thank you so much for helping. Furnace went out and the Other company took three days to get it fixed and two days it went out again. Then they charged me again and told me there is another problem. They also said that it’s not worth fixing you need to buy a new furnace now. To get it fixed will cost you over $1000. Home heating came right away had the parts in there truck got it fixed within an hour. They also said it’s a very old furnace (which I know cuz it’s was my parents house) Let me tell you, they were way cheaper. They fixed it under $1000.not only fixed the MAIN problem, but also checked out everything else. Yes, I know I need a new furnace, and they guarantee this will work for a few more years. At the end of the year I will buy a new furnace, and I will buy it from home heating and cooling. Thanks again
I had only owned the condo for 2 weeks and was having it painted before I moved furniture in. The painter contacted me on Saturday and advised furnace quit running. I was able to contact Home Heating and Cooling and Tim came out, diagnosed the problem and had to order a new blower. First thing this Monday morning Tim came and installed the new blower and got furnace back up and running. First class service!!
Quick and curtious service. I've been using home heating and cooling for over 10 years and love their service. They installed 2 furnaces, 1 humidier, and 1 a/c unit between my last home and my current home. I highly recommend home heating and cooling for your needs.
