Will and his assistant arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. The repair was done efficiently and with great care, and they left everything clean and spiffy when they were finished. Thank you Pete, Gabby, and Will for your help to get us back on track! We just bought this house 3 months ago and the hot water heater was leaking everywhere. Pete helped slow the leak, Will helped replace the Tank, confirm the flue is pitched correctly now, educate me on how everything works how to light it if need, and help me feel safe that it was installed properly. Kenosha Plumbing was recommended to me by my nextdoor neighbor who used them 1 month ago when their sump pump flooded their entire furnished basement. Pete, the plumber that came to our house to fix/replace burst pipes was more than excellent. The company scheduled an appointment for us on Monday when called on Sunday when they were actually closed. He had it all fixed in just a couple of hours! He explained everything in detail to us & advised us of other things that should be eventually replaced when we can afford to. I have had Kenosha Plumbing come over 3 times in the last year for different things. They were my 1st option if I couldn’t fix something myself. I think their prices are fair and they can come by usually next day or same day. I didn’t need a toilet flange and thought the worker was supplying me one for free (that’s my mistake) but a $8 flange and charging me $26 is pretty insane. I’m not saying I won’t use them again but always check your invoice before paying.
