Kenosha Plumbing was recommended to me by my nextdoor neighbor who used them 1 month ago when their sump pump flooded their entire furnished basement. Pete, the plumber that came to our house to fix/replace burst pipes was more than excellent. The company scheduled an appointment for us on Monday when called on Sunday when they were actually closed. He had it all fixed in just a couple of hours! He explained everything in detail to us & advised us of other things that should be eventually replaced when we can afford to. The heating company that replaced our water heater & furance 5 yrs ago used CSST on the gas lines (not up to code in WI) and they should have used hardpipe black iron specifically for gas. We would have never known that! He gave us time to check all the faucets, toilets & showers to make sure the lines cleared out and we had full water pressure. When flushing the main toilet there was a gush of water that came out. The prior plumming company had pulled the water line to the toilet out, which they did not have to do & so all the water flushing burst out. Pete corrected that as well by moving the line back to the wall & put it together so the toilet could flush normally without dumping water on the floor! He was here over 2 hrs (including not charged for time to dump the big water buckets we had brought over when we didn't have water, since we are disabled and cannot lift anything over 8-10 lbs. The work was totally up to par, the leak fixed without having to break into our new surround shower we had installed for my safety. His disposition was kind, mild and honest. Many companies take advantage of seniors and charge more for things not needed or do shabby workmanship. We have unfortunately come across many & then have had to pay other companies to get the proper fixes that should have been done in the first place. Kenosha Plumbing's charge was extremely reasonable and $500 less than the original plumbers who left without fixing the 2nd leak! They even referred me to the company "Attention to Detail" to have proper insulation and repair work done to put back the drywall removed for access to the pipes. I have not yet used them but will call for a free estimate shortly this week. With total confidence I highly recommend that anyone needing plumbing work done go to Kenosha Plumbing to have their issues corrected. Free estimates too. Local Business with pride, skill, honesty and affordability!
