Miracle Method Surface Refinishing of Greater Raleigh

After much research, we chose Miracle Method to resurface our 30-year-old tile shower. Jared, sales manager, came to look at the job, answer our many questions, and provide a quote. We also had them install grab bars. Sakinah was our technician, and she appeared to be very meticulous about each step of the two-day process. She was a pleasure to have in our home, arrived on time, and left everything without a trace of overspray, trash, etc. Could not have been more pleased with the process. Their work has a five-year warranty so now we will see how durable it is with daily use. The finished product is amazingly beautiful! Our understanding is with weekly simple cleaning as they recommended, it may last 10 to 15 years. Bottom line for us is no more unsightly grout that is impossible to keep clean!

I hired Miracle Method to do a surface refinishing of my ceramic tile kitchen counter tops & reface the shower pan in my masterbath. My home is 35 yrs old, so naturally I had cracks & dings in the tile. A quartz counter top/ONLY replacement was gonna cost >$6,000! MM refinished the counter tops AND backsplash for 1/3rd the cost. It's beautiful. I pray that it'll be durable for many years. The shower pan was chipped & very difficult to clean. They repaired & refaced it & it looks like new. All of the people that came out were very nice & professional!

We trusted Miracle Method to repair and reglaze our historic tub and pedestal sink which are reported to be some of the oldest indoor plumbing in Durham! They did an amazing job! The tub retained its charm, but the finish is now back to its original beautiful white polish. Our plumber had unfortunately recently broken the pedestal of the sink into two clear parts. Miracle Method repaired the pedestal perfectly. You can't tell it was broken. In the first posted pictures below, the pedestal leg of the sink is not back on yet, but you can still see how pretty the sink looks with the new glaze. (Pedestal leg pic added at a later date.) Mel handled all the scheduling and couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgable, and more accommodating. Jose worked hard with Brian for 3 days. They were both excellent and professional craftsmen.
