These guys are the best any type of vendors I've worked with!! I bought a house, was moving from out of state, and I had a couple of months prior to moving-in. When I was in the city for closing, my wife and I met up with Brayan at their warehouse since we knew we wanted to upgrade countertops. Brayan took time to explain everything during our visit and make sure all our questions were answered. Since then, I've been coordinating with Brayan and his team member Evelyn over email—clarifying every single detail. Both were very nice and patient with their detailed responses, suggestions and recommendations. Fast forward, not only did they provide exceptional customer interaction and service (given I was doing all discussions virtually via email / phone) but also the final outcome of the project was phenomenal. They completed the work on time and with perfection. Brayan helped me with sharing vendor details for plumbing, electricity so the entire countertop/backsplash work became seamless (everything done virtually). I came down for a final walk through and Brayan made sure any minor details I asked for were addressed quickly. Pricing was also very competitive.
