I hit a rock with my snowblower witch bent one of the augers. During a snow storm, Middleton Power picked it up at around 12:00 that day and delivered it repaired the next day at around 9:00. I am amazed!!

Summary: you’re paying a premium for parts and mediocre/questionable service. I guess if you’re old, don’t know how to use a computer and carry cash this place might be great. I’ve used MPC three times over the past three years, most recently to buy a new chain for my farm boss M290 Stihl chainsaw. As a licensed Stihl dealer I thought they’d have OEM parts. Not true. Amazon has the chain I need for $30 (see photo). MPC was selling aftermarket for $41 PLUS a 3% credit card premium. Save yourself the money and buy online. The previous two times I used MPC was for 1) servicing said M290 for a tuneup and 2) yearly service on a two stage snowblower. The service on the chainsaw was fine, but after I got it back it takes five whole minutes to get it started compared to like 10 pulls before. The snowblower service was fine as well, but they did something weird to it. When I got it back the plastic parts were bleached so badly I thought I had someone else’s machine. The plastic tether that keeps the gas tank cover attached to the blower so you don’t lose it was so badly degraded that it snapped once I twisted the cap. Edit to respond to the reply: If its OEM then why is it still a $10 upcharge, or why are you ONLY selling the most expensive chain you can get?
Brought my mower in for a quick fix and they ended up holding onto my mower for more than 2 months and charging me hundreds of dollars than I thought the intial fix was going to be. Zero transparency from the workers to the customer. They never even told me a timeline or what they were trying to fix and they just ran up a bill. I’d take my mower over to a donut shop before I ever bring it here again.
GREAT COMPANY, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE...FIVE STARS!! I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Middleton Power Center. Even though I arrived just five minutes before closing, CJ greeted me with a smile and was incredibly courteous. He came out to my car to remove my lawn mower blade; to get sharpened, he handled the transaction efficiently and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. What stood out even more was the overall atmosphere—everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it made a lasting impression. Kudos to Duane, the owner, for fostering such a positive and customer-focused environment. I will be back!
