Chris Olsen, the owner/operator of Madison Stain and Seal, is knowledgeable about the deck materials and cleaning/staining products. He took the time to explain the process and he worked around some rainy days to finish the two decks in dry conditions this morning (Saturday June 21, 2025). He has experience working on Ipe decks, which we appreciated.

Chris and his team did an amazing job staining our deck. It looks brand new! (Before & After pics attached). We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and quality of service we received from Madison Stain and Steel. I'll definitely be using them again for any future projects.
