I was passing through Nebraska when I noticed my oil light go on. A very nice lady that was working at the front desk of the hotel I was staying at recommended Midas- I was able to get my car in the next morning. Scott and his team were exceptionally friendly and professional. I left with not only an oil change, but also four new tires! (I had no idea my tires were so worn 😫...) GREAT SERVICE AT FAIR PRICES!!
I was a usual customer but I won’t be going back anymore I do not know what happened to this shop but it is not trustworthy. I left a review months ago about how great Jon and Jerry are as management and how great of a team they had. When I arrived I was greeted by a male who did not fit the appropriate look of management baggy big pants and baggy oversized shirt not buttoned he did not talk to me properly he treated me if I was like his what you could say “homie” talking to me in non professional manner and when my oil change was done he wanted to try and upsell me things I did not need the sad part is this new management could not even give me a thorough conversation explaining anything wrong with my car he just went on and on about stuff that wasn’t even sent to me nor said to me he couldn’t even figure up a proper quote for these repairs and the time it took for a simple oil change is ridiculous almost two hours. If I was this company I would get these Unappropriate people out of there shop before they get there doors closed down very sad to see how a good trustworthy shop I’ve been going to for hours could turn into a unprofessional place. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and finding a new place to get my cars serviced..
