Great customer service across the board. Reception handling the phone was polite and got me all the information I needed. The mechanics did exactly what they needed and even checked my caliper to make sure they were good. I wasn’t comfortable driving with bad brakes and their tow truck was out so they offered to come pick my car up for me and drove it there. Not to mention their hours are incredibly convenient and you don’t get that from any other mechanic anymore. Honestly the only honest, efficient, and customer friendly auto service I have had done for a reasonable price. Didn’t try and sell me on anything either, they just got me what I needed. Worth every penny. Thank you to all the staff :)

My regular repair shop quoted me $600 for an exhaust pipe, plus labor. None of the local muffler shops were open late and none on Saturday to get a second opinion. I called Hall's and set up a Saturday morning appointment. They quoted $260 including labor. The mechanic even showed me the problem. When the repair took longer than expected they texted to let me know. They have extended hours for convenience. Highly recommended. And right across the street from the Mansfield restaurant, so grab a bite while they fix your car!
