I am very satisfied with Mid Michigan Floor Coverings. The process was smooth with no unexpected surprises. Michael is down to earth and easy to converse with. He listens and acts. All the Worker Bees are very kind and respectful. Each interaction was very much like my interactions with Michael, Listening and answering all my questions. The installers were very efficient and work well together. I also very much appreciated their conduct while in my home. If there is an opportunity to work with a local flooring company, this is the Company to hire.

Mid Michigan Floor Coverings of Grand Ledge is outstanding. Their commitment to their customers is incomparable. From the day I walked into the shop to the day I wrote the check for the balance of my project, everything was top notch. Maddy, the salesperson and John, the guy who came out to do measurements, were both friendly and professional. John made suggestions to correct the subpar fireplace insert installation (side note — avoid MacDowells) and Maddy was always very helpful and never impatient in advising me about products, availability, the strength differences between ceramic and porcelain tiles, etc. They also were very cooperative in incorporating specialty tiles that I had purchased elsewhere and that a friend glazed for me. Maddy, John and the owner Mike were all impressed when I brought the tiles straight from my friend’s kiln to their shop and when we all realized the shade of porcelain I had picked wouldn’t be the best choice, Maddy instantly went to her computer to see if it was too late to change to the darker shade of porcelain. They were happy to help in any way they could! Finally, the installer they had do the job, Rob Feldt, was outstanding. Rob made sure that I knew exactly what the pros and cons were in the placement of the speciality tiles and he couldn’t have paid more attention to detail in the design and layout. The grout work is perfect. Mid Michigan Floor Coverings is a family business that still believes in providing excellent quality and service — each employee is dedicated and personable.
