I did not have any costs associated with my repairs because this was warranty work bought from Lowe’s. The technician Joel was super respectful, communicative, and helpful for making recommendations. It took two visits to diagnose and repair my washer, but I don’t blame Joel for that because my washer was acting funky at weird times. The scheduling with repair companies nowadays can be frustrating because they provide such a large window on a weekday which is usually inconvenient, but Mid American Appliances listened to my availability and did their best to make sure tech was here when I was able to be. Thank you for the great service.

Thank you Mr. Erwin for the Professionalism, you displayed well, from the time you called me to let me know you will be there in 25 minutes to the time that you have fixed my Machine while tending to my Samsung washer I wanna thank you for getting down to the root of the problem and for letting me know every step of the way as you were diagnosing Thank you so much for the above and beyond that you went and I would recommend him to anybody.
