Another great job by Sam and the Metro Glass team. This is the second time I’ve used them and they are now my “go to” glass guys. Responsive, quick, pleasant and they do a great job at a reasonable price. My neighbors have used them as well and are happy too! They make it easy to be loyal customers!
My window frame broke during the storm and I was desperately looking for an open place on Saturday. Metro was able to schedule a same-day emergency visit and the technician repaired the frame within in 10 minutes with a custom way without having me change whole window frame. The price was fair as well.
Sam from Metro Window answered my phone request for repair for a broken bedroom window and a broken glass panel of my back door. This was a security issue. Great work at a reasonable price. They came to my house on the day I called them. Quickly inspected and measured the bookend glass and gave me the reasonable estimate. 3-4 days later, they called me to tell me the glass is ready and they replace the glass on the same day.
