I called Richard’s after using another company and didn’t feel like they were serving my best interest. Ever from Richard’s arrived with all the right sensors and gauges which is a great sign. He was very polite and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. I did end up needing a new system which hurts but I could tell by Ever’s knowledge I was in good hands. New system being delivered this week. I have full confidence they will do a wonderful installation.

Richard's Heating & Air Conditioning is honest and dependable. I started using them years ago when a repairman could have sold me a new hvac system with a half truth, and instead he was honest. I’ve used them ever since. During the recent freeze, my HVAC started having issues. They sent someone out the next day, when it was safe to get on the roads. The repair was quick and reasonable. They’ll always have my business when the operate like this.

Richard's Heating and Air installed a whole-home humidifier onto the furnace they had recently replaced. Leno and the team did a fantastic job, were quick, clean, and professional leading up to and on the day of the work. The price was competitive, and they clearly explained the work that was involved, explained the recommended sizing for the humidifier for my home and HVAC, and ensured I knew how to operate and maintain the system before they left. I will continue to use and recommend Richard's for any HVAC need.
