The action was lowered perfectly across all three instruments, making them incredibly comfortable and effortless to play while still retaining clarity and punch. Nova got my single cut and my rhoads v set up right! I find myself playing even more then Before now that everything is set up right! Great communication and really good turn around.

Eric did a masterful job of restoring my family’s priceless, vintage, Bolivian acoustic guitar. He was able to delicately repair sizable cracks in its fragile wood body. Eric also artistically improvised in the flawless fabrication and installation of a perfect replacement for my guitar’s fatally broken vintage tuning peg. Eric proved himself to be an absolute MASTER of the craft of guitar restoration and repair. (He is also reasonably priced!) I rate Eric: Five Stars +

I contacted Eric about a custom setup for my 12 string guitar. He said he could do it with no hesitation and gave me a time I could drop it off. Eric let me know what was needed from me, which was just my choice of strings, and was very responsive with any questions I had. He had a very quick turnaround and my guitar came back looking super clean. I have had it back about a week now and I could not be any happier. Eric did a great job on my Doublecut Junior that was having some playability issues and fret sprout. He leveled and cleaned up all the frets/fret ends, lowered/evened out the action and got rid of some buzzing with a complete setup. Guitar plays and sounds amazing now! Price was more than fair. I’d say great, especially for the quality of work that was put into it. Also, turnaround time was a breath of fresh air compared to what I’ve been used to. Communication and pickup/drop off were super convenient. Will def be bringing my other guitars here!
