The best place to buy new lawn care or other similar equipment, or have it serviced. From as big as engine repair, to as little as looking up a singular bolt for your equipment, they can do it, AND DO IT WELL. Everyone there is always extremely helpful, and kind.
The staff at Metro Turf is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the parts for my mower in stock. It's worth noting they didn't service my specific brand, but their expert help in finding the right parts was excellent. A great resource for your outdoor power equipment needs
I have known the Astani family, owners of Metro Turf, since the 1990s. Brothers and co-owners Farm and Mike Astani have been serving the Norman/OKC Metro area since 1987, drawing loyal customers from as far away as Pauls Valley, Edmond, and Blanchard. You need to know that Jan and Farm Astani are hands down the most affable, gracious, and respectful people you will ever meet. As we all know, company culture starts at the top, and you FEEL welcomed, appreciated, and respected when you walk through any of Metro Turf's doors. They carry a complete line of new outdoor power equipment products (i.e., lawn mowers, weed eaters, chain saws, go-karts, utility vehicles, etc.) and generators to make lawn maintenance and household projects easier, whether you have a small yard, acreage, or large farm. You will likely see Ms. Barrie or Danny behind the counter or assisting customers on the sales floor when you walk in. And, if you are one of the 25,000 – 30,000 customers in Metro Turf’s active customer base, you already know they will be more than happy to stop what they are doing to help you. (and NOT make it feel like an inconvenience) As a woman, one of the things that I have always appreciated about how Metro Turf does business is they (1) listen, (2) don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need, and (3) treat me with respect. These things are rare in today’s marketplace. As a non-handy person, I appreciate the knowledge the Metro Turf team has and is willing to share with me. I firmly believe in preventative maintenance, so having a reputable and reliable parts and service partner is worth its weight in gold to me. I don’t want to wait until I have crashed and burned my trusty lawn steed before I get “Bea” (because she is yellow) serviced. But Metro Turf says most of the machines brought in are “dead,” and they are experts at power equipment CPR! If you ask Farm why his customers keep coming back, he’ll humbly tell you that they listen to their customers and treat them with respect. They take special care of veterans and first responders, but any homeowner will receive the same excellent service as their professional landscaping, construction, or large equipment customers. Their brands include Honda, STIHL, Cub Cadet, ECHO, Shindaiwa, eXmark, Toro, and Billy Goat. They also offer a line of utility vehicles and go-karts for all ages.
