JT has been really great through this whole process... and it WAS a process. He took a lot of the burden of calling and dealing with the insurance company, which he deserves a nice little bonus for because they were definitely hard to deal with. He took the time to come out when we needed him, explained everything that we had questions about, and even hooked us up on other work that was needing done. Professionally, this guy is a ROCK STAR. Personally, he's a NICE GUY. He is personable, helpful, and will go the extra for you. You don't see that often anymore. 5-Star all the way!! ---Also, Mallard Roofing did a great job. They did a PROFESSIONAL roof replacement. Job well done, staff and roofers were all very pleasant and respectful. Again 5-star!!
