I don't make a lot of money and rarely buy anything that would be in a jewelry store, certainly not for myself. The 3 times I've saved up enough money to buy something as a gift for people Menashe & Sons made me feel like royalty. I'll admit when I first walked in (I've never been to a jewelry to shop, usually just accompany a friend who buys something) I was nervous, would my little $400 purchase (which is a fortune to me) even be worth their time. I was afraid they wouldn't even give me the time of day.... oh how I was wrong. From the moment I walked in, they asked what I was looking for, I told them what I was looking for and how much I was looking to spend and they immediately took the time to show me several operations within my budget, ensuring that I didn't leave until I found the perfect option. The person I was giving the gift to LOVED it.

Wanted to write an updated review with photos for our wedding engagement rings. We absolutely adore our custom rings! We had the most exceptional experience with Menashe & Sons throughout the time we spent figuring out what we wanted. The person helping both my husband and I was always patient throughout our time(s) in store. Mr. Menashe also made sure my husband was comfortable and happy with the custom engagement ring for me that they worked on together after Rigo didn't find any that fit what he wanted. Mr. Menashe also took the time to make a couple rounds of molds while we were designing my husbands ring to make it exactly as he wanted. We never felt pressured or upsold. We were able to comfortably stay in our budget and absolutely adore our rings! We will be lifelong Menashe supporters.

I brought my wedding ring after 20 years to have some of the prongs reinforced. The team was just wonderful! A different jeweler told me that all 12 prongs were going to have to be redone but Menashe said that only the main 4 did, saving me quite a bit of money. They spent so much time with me I felt very well cared for. They have a super friendly staff and do absolutely quality work. I will be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone!
