Tech was very professional, knowledgeable about our tankless gas water heater. Did an amazing job servicing and explaining my options for future services or replacement. I've used Meetze plumbing on a pervious issue I had unrelated to the gas heater. 5 stars is not enough to rate satisfaction, value and overall quality and professionalism. OUTSTANDING!!!

Great service! I had a broken pipe right at the city meter on a Sunday of course. Called around 4pm expecting to get an appointment for Monday but to my surprise they came out the same day. Ben Willis was very professional and explained to me what he would do and was done in a couple of hours. Highly recommended! Before and after photos.

I had several plumbing issues and decided to use Meetze Plumbing. The technician came and we discussed the issues so there would be no misunderstandings. We agreed on the price and the technician completed the task and did a very professional job. I hung around with him and could see he was well trained and knew what he was doing. The technician was Jalen Wise. He was very personable and professional. I felt comfortable being around him and was extremely satisfied with him doing my repairs. Good experience for me.

UPDATE: 1/6/2026 They called me after this review and send someone home and wanted to charge me more for the job I had already paid $3500 for. I refused and asked to speak with their manager. Then I got a call from them and we had a long conversation. The person in charge I spoke with did not seem interested in doing anything else and promise to call me after “reviewing”the case. It has been two months and no calls from them. These people are only business advertising and cheap money takers. I asked the technician several times to make sure the problems we requested their service for, have been resolved before leaving. I am not happy and it has been three days after they completed the job. My review may change after I call him and see if they for real keep their word on guaranteed.

Jimenya was highly skilled, quickly diagnosing the problem and providing a thorough fix. She meticulously documented everything with detailed notes and photos, giving us peace of mind and confidence in the repairs. The scheduling process with Meetze Plumbing was smooth and efficient, and we appreciated receiving the technician’s credential information in advance. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism. We will absolutely call Meetze Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.
