Out of hundreds of google reviews this is only my second negative one. To summarize it- any company is only as good as the tech it sends to your home. Unfortunately we got the short straw. Denise and the internal support were great but our tech first diagnosed a bad control board, then when he replaced that he diagnosed a bad blower motor. $1,800 later for a service call, then a new control board, then a new blower I had to call them back, an hour later saying the system still did not work. Tor and Kenny were absolutely amazing! Their service was both friendly and professional. They diagnosed and repaired the wiring issues with my furnace, and they didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved—triple-checking their work to make sure the problem was truly fixed. You can tell they genuinely cared about me as both a customer and a person. I really appreciate them, as well as Cumberland Valley Heating and Air, for scheduling my appointment so quickly and sending such helpful, knowledgeable techs. Highly recommend!

Very Professional and very nice folks. First speaking to Denise to schedule she was attentive to my needs. We had just moved into our home and she listened to my concerns and scheduled what I needed. The price was very fair and I am very happy. Our service tech Rob did a great job making sure everything was in order. We moved from from Florida so the words furnace, emergency heat and heat pump were things I've never required in Miami. Rob took the time to explain and show me how to use it. I very much appreciate Rob and Denise and the service from Cumberland.
