Our water heater broke on a Friday night. Hector came out following morning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Hector was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and his work was top of the line. He helped turn what would have otherwise been a glum, stressful day into a remarkably pleasant one. He genuinely cared about the job. Honestly, made my day. If I could give six stars I would - I'd highly recommend McClain Bros and will 100% be calling them again for any future needs!

I had been having issues with my HVAC system since the recent storm started. After contacting my insurance, they sent Mr. Hector Torres out on an emergency call, and I’m extremely grateful they did. Mr. Torres was thoughtful, patient, and very precise in his work. From the moment he arrived, you could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in the quality of his work. He took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was experiencing and thoroughly assessed the situation before explaining what needed to be done. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my HVAC system and repairing what needed to be replaced. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend Mr. Torres to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and top-notch HVAC technician. Truly a fantastic person who stands behind his work.

I was very happy with the plumber Frank to unclog my main drain. This drain was clogged a few times over the past five years. Other contractors cleared this drain and always had to remove and reinstall my first floor toilet. Frank preferred not to pull my toilet and instead remove a drain plug which was originally provided to allow plumber to run their drain cable in the drain pipe instead of removing and reinstalling my toilet. This made the drain clearing much easier and not causing a mess removing and reinstalling my toilet. I was very satisfied with the top-notch service I received and very impressed of the other services this company offers along with the years of experience from various staff members. I will definitely request this company for all my electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and remodeling needs. Thank you again for a job well done.
