We’ve used Barner Murphy for years and always had a good experience. Called them up today with an issue and they found a slot in the afternoon. The guys that showed up (can’t remember names) were great- super nice and fixed the problem in a reasonable time. Only down part was not being able to see Barry, who must have been on another job… always enjoy chatting with Barry! Great company though- highly recommend!
Great experience with Barner Murphy. We had an issue with our sump pump that ended up having a more complex cause than we thought. Barry explained the situation, showed us the issues/cause, put in place a short term fix so we didn’t have to worry about a flooded basement, then returned two days later for the permanent fix. His estimate was reasonable, the work was top quality, and his communications were thorough. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable with both the current situation and with what is needed to ensure that it doesn’t occur again. Also, he proactively made suggestions about our setup and we are very happy with the final state. Now fingers crossed we don’t have another blizzard any time soon!
Excellent customer service with reasonable pricing. Barry is always very accommodating and upfront about the cost. I appreciate their quick response to phone calls and turn-around time for repairs.
Barner Murphy came today to replace my 75 gallon hot water heater. They came on time and swiftly completed the job. They were courteous and cleaned up the area very well. A job well done! I would not hesitate to use Barner Murphy for all of my plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
