I spent $110 for a hoverboard. He had to give me a display model and guaranteed it worked. I asked if the charger was in the box that he put it in. He said he checked everything. Half the charger was missing and the hoverboard doesn’t work! They are liars and thieves!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
I don't know if the shop people are actual thieves or if a customer did this, but we bought a C charging block and when we got it home it was a USB one. They were really rude when we called them. No returns. Hung up on us. Stay far away.
I don’t post much on reviews but take my word on it. Do not waste your time and money on this place. We bought a drone for our kids for Christmas and when we took it out of the box the controller would not even come on. Did I try to take it back???? no. I got to reading the comments of other people and it seems we are not the only ones that has had this problem. Even their phone protection screens they put on your phones are not worth buying. It damages your phone more than anything. I really don’t know how this place still has its doors open.
Bought a $150 drone the day before we left vacation. They had a working model in the store and we specifically asked if we got it home and it didn't work if they would replace. He said yes. We got it home, and the very first flight, it disconnected from the phone and took off really fast on its own. We spent 3 hours driving around looking for it and never could find it. The box had no manufacturer's name to look up the product. We looked at the receipt and the name and address of the store is some place in North Carolina. The name of the cashier is different on the receipt. And the website on the receipt is bogus. This store is a complete scam
