Bob is and has always been a top notch mechanic! He's completely honest and will get you the best deal possible on any part needed to get your car up and running! I've taken multiple vehicles to Bob for over 18 years and he's always been truthful about every vehicle I've brought his way! A+++++++ service always!
Have used this shop several times. Bob an Laurie are honest, and hardworking. You can trust they will tell you the truth and charge a fair price. Highly recommend
We went to this shop per an acquaintance referral and so very glad we did. Excellent customer service, even offered a ride home first time we met. Great guy, very knowledgeable, honest and integrity at its finest. He will give you honest advice and very fair price for parts and labor. We have NO Regrets! Highly recommend.
Well, called about two weeks ago. Laura is very nice, as is Bob. There was a little back and forth, then last weekBob explained they were having trouble with their phones - so please call on Monday, after 10 am. Which I did yesterday, nothing. So I called again today and got Robin, who said I can't get me car in now until December! Bob may be a great meca hanic, from the goid things I have heard about him, but if I cannot get through. Nothing happens. And now, if I continue to drive my car- more damage happens. What am I to do? .
