Kudos to Martens Heating & Cooling for answering their phones promptly, taking the time to answer all of my questions (from billing to what the issue might be), and dispatching a technician who arrived within an hour of my call. Even though the problem ended up being a minor fix, they treated it with urgency and professionalism. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything clearly. It’s such a relief to work with a company that is responsive, honest, and reliable. I would absolutely recommend Martens Heating & Cooling and will use them again in the future.

I’ve been using Martens since I moved into my current home. They are always quick to respond with emergencies and made replacing my Central AC seamless. They also came out to fix my furnace during my first winter in the house.
