We had Anderson install a new furnace a d couldn't be happier. John took at least 20 minutes out of his day to talk, explain options, and educate us on furnaces and services they provide. The installation was scheduled 4 days later and was pain free. You definitely get what you pay for and Zach did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Anderson for future tune-ups and repair/replacements.

I had a warrantied heat exchanger replaced on my Bryant furnace in December. After the replacement my furnace was making a strange sound. I called and they sent someone out within days to check out what was causing the noise. It was something they had not encountered before. John called and told me they stood behind their work and would figure it out. Over a period of weeks, several techs came out to listen to it with a different perspective, and varied experiences in the field, trying different “fixes”.
