Had an appointment. Showed up about 20 minutes early. Nobody there. Waited til 5 minutes before the appointment and gave him a call. No answer. Waited 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and still no show or no return phone call. Very unprofessional way to do business. Ended up going with Safelite and surprisingly was cheaper and they came right to my driveway. Unfortunate because I prefer to give small businesses my money.

My back window hinges both broke last Wednesday, called Tim pretty close to closing, and he answered. He told me to come in the next day, but he didn't have the right part, so he ordered it and was able to get me in the following Tuesday. He had the hinges replaced within an hour without the window breaking like i was told from others could happen, plus he removed the duct tape/residue I had to use to keep the back window secured until I could get it fixed.
