Mark was able to assess my broken computer the same day. Unfortunately, it wasn't cost effective to repair. Mark went above and beyond helping me find a new computer and answering a bunch of questions. Also, he was able to transfer my data from the old hard drive to my new computer all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Was trying to install a HP Laser Jet printer. Easy to install it said. Nope. Mark’s Computer Repair worked with me on the phone to get it half way installed. Then spent 3 hours on the phone with HP customer service. They finally got it completed. If not for Mark’s help, I’d never have gotten anywhere. These guys are great, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I’m glad they are here in this tiny county to give back seat geeks like myself a hand whenever it’s needed!

We had a great experience! They were really friendly and took the time to correctly diagnose the problem for us. Even though they couldn’t fix it on the spot because we needed to order a part, they were honest and didn’t charge us for the visit. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and customer care these days. We will definitely be using them for future computer problems.
