Will is very skilled and professional . When I called him it was on the weekend. Will answered my call and scheduled me quickly. Came to my house and completely installed a new computer and installed the necessary software. Will , will be my Tech from now on. Also his charges for his work are very reasonable. Riddle Technology was "ready, willing, and able" to help us out in a pinch when no one else was able to assist our customer in Kingsport, TN. Days later, when the 2nd call was made to help in an emergency, Will was swift to accommodate. Once the 2nd job was completed, this is the response from our customer, "We’re working on getting an electrician out to troubleshoot the issue but wanted to give kudos to the tech helping us out. He went above and beyond to help us identify the root cause, much appreciated." Will is an outstanding technician and businessman. He is intelligent, prompt, and thorough in his work I expect his business to grow based on his attention to his customer's needs and his willingness to do more than expected. Will makes websites make sense. He helped me set up my small business website without once making me feel like a tech-illiterate cave person.
