Wow! Rick is a great guy. I don't know what I can say next to five stars. Fast service. Friendly. Knowledgeable inexpensive. Not cheap and great customer service! He's definitely my go-to guy from now on until I die for my vacuum service!! I walked in expecting to leave my vac. No way he had it on the bench apart in 2 minutes. He had the part replaced. Gave her a tune-up and on the floor she was running like the day I bought her. So with three of these babies purring away at home sucking up the wife's hair and cat toys, he'll be my go-to guy. Highly recommend the prices are insanely inexpensive. Service is fast and fabulous. Definitely a go-to vacuum cleaner store support your local people!

This was my first visit to the store. I have an older thirty year old vacuum and it wasn't working right. The owner looked at it and replaced two belts that have worn out. He did the replacement as I waited which I thought was very nice of him. He is very personal and we had a nice conversation after the repair. He is very knowledgeable. This is a great place to bring your broken vacuum .
