One of the best budget lodging I had experienced in a very long time. The bed was very comfortable, room was impeccably clean and without strange odors, shower was hot with plenty of pressure. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Extremely unprofessional staff. We had a confirmed reservation, but there was no one at the front desk to provide us with the key. It was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. When we called, they answered once and said someone would arrive shortly, but after that they completely stopped responding and ignored all further calls. There are many other hotels nearby that are cheaper and offer far better service. I would strongly recommend choosing one of those instead.

The room was clean, but the carpet was badly stained. Room was well stocked with tea, coffee, cocoa, soaps, cream, and shampoos. I can't understand why you don't remove the carpet. Breakfast had a large selection and staff were great. Removing the carpet would definitely increase tips for your maids and make your customers happier. Overall good experience.
