Called for service at 7am. Dale showed up at about 10:30am. Diagnosed, bad capacitor, had one on his truck replaced and all was good. Timely, friendly and reasonable price. I have a seven year old unit, I’m going to use Lowery’s for service. Have contact in phone. I recommend!
Had our air conditioning fail. Called Dale and he had a tech on site the same day. We ended up replacing the entire air conditioner and furnace and have been very pleased with results. New installation runs well!
Absolutely fabulous service. I called as a new customer at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and told them our air had went out and I have 6 children. Within 30 minutes, he got here. He not only fixed it, but showed and explained to my husband everything he was doing, what was wrong, and got us fixed up! He is also more affordable than anyone I’ve ever had come out. I highly recommend.
Lowery’s is an outstanding company. I called on an early afternoon about my air not cooling hoping for an appt. in the next few days. They worked me in that same day. They showed up, worked until they diagnosed the problem. When they discovered what the problem was they said they had the parts on hand to fix it and stayed late working until my air was up and running and cooling better than it had in the two years I’ve owned my home. The owner and his partner are highly knowledgeable at their job and their work ethic is outstanding. The prices are unbeatable. Definitely will use them for any future issues with my central heat and air
Last week my HVAC unit started making a noise, I called Lowery’s to make an appointment for Friday of the next week. However, Wednesday afternoon it stopped working completely. I called to let them know and they changed my appointment to the next morning. I told them I would be at work but they said they wouldn’t need in the house. When I got home this evening, thankfully my house was warm again. I looked around outside where they had been working and everything was as perfect as if no one had even been there! We will definitely ONLY use Lowery’s for all our HVAC needs from now on! Because of their exceptional, quality, and speedy service you know they truly care about their customers.
