My mom's air wasn't working and someone was sent out the next day after I called. The gentleman who came was very kind. He repaired the issue within a few minutes. My mom only had to pay a service charge. He also explained how cleaning the unit inside and out before the hottest months approached would help to keep her power bill from rising significantly.
