Internet is incredibly slow and unreliable. If it's working, it will commonly have brief interruptions -- enough to kick you off a game or lose streaming, etc. Customer service used to be good (it has to be when the internet needs fixing so much) but it's deteriorated. If I had any other option at my location I'd switch.
Internet only works half the time. I've been calling them two or three times a week and they never respond. Been having Internet issues for months now and they haven't done anything to fix it. Edit: Even after reaching out to the provided email (again) and being told my issue was being elevated by the support team, I haven't heard a thing from them for a month. My internet is out three or four times a week.
Service out 3 times in one week. One of the times it took them 2 days to even respond to my email. No point in calling as no one ever answers and if your service goes out on the weekend you might as well plan on it being out all day. Moving to Comcast.
Great customer service and the best internet provide in Los Alamos. I used them for my business and the one issue that I had was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this provider!
Having become thoroughly dissatisfied with Centurylink (if, after 20 years, I'm a loyal customer, then why do I have to beg for a discount each and every year?!), and hearing nothing positive about the customer service of the local cable company, I decided to try Los Alamos Network, and luckily was in line-of-sight a tower. Since 2017 the connection has been utterly reliable (no dinner-time slowdown like the competition), the service stellar, and my cost/month has actually gone down! So glad to have them as an option, and even better that they're local.
