I walked in today in a panic that my car was going to explode. Brian immediately test drove the car and put it on a lift and diagnosed the problem. Wrote me a prescription for the car and I was out the door with the known problem and cost. Affordable labor rates for sure!
Always kind and helpful, always looking out for whether we’re low on oil (even if I came in for something completely unrelated), always making sure we’re not making expensive, wasteful repairs. I especially appreciate AutoDoc’s commitment to not trying to upsell me on a new car part when the current one is functioning and when replacing it would be creating more waste. We are keeping our Subaru as long as possible for the same reason, to reduce waste, and in working with AutoDoc, we know we are not adding more waste to this world.
Auto Doc really came through for me. My transmission gave out and they were actually able to find me a used transmission that saved me a lot of money. They work to get it done in a timely fashion and I appreciate all their support.
AutoDoc was easy to work with. Husband ordered tires and they were shipped directly to AD where they mounted the tires. I liked the fact that they drove the car to make sure everything was good and they parked the car so it was easy for me to drive it out. Car was ready when they said it would be. It is the little things like that, that are very much appreciated. Good service is becoming rare.
Good guys that helped me out of a jam! Didn’t know anyone in town and had a huge piece of metal in a tire, late on the Friday before Memorial Day. AutoDoc took care of me and made sure it was fixed properly. Timing was bad for a flat, and they pulled it out and made it a win. Thank you!
