Came in for engagement ring repair and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The Woman assisting me was very insightful and helpful. My Fiancé’s diamond had fallen out of her ring and they reseated the diamond very quickly and also offered a future service of adding thicker prongs. The best part was they left that decision up to us and didn’t push for an extra sale. Will definitely go back for any future issues with my jewelry.
They were really kind and very helpful and attentive. I was there to get my necklace fixed and didn’t realize it was a whole jewelry store! They were packed w/customers and overheard someone say they had bought their wedding ring from there many yrs ago and still go today so I browsed and sure enough I found many things I liked including pandora’s! I’ll be back for sure! Oh thy also do custom rings so if you have an idea, they can make it!
