Called them to ask if they could replace my iphone 16 pro max charging port since it suffered water damage. They checked if they had the part in store and told me it was possible. Gave me a quote when I asked and told me to walk in, but their hours were short today due to the holidays. I appreciated the transparency, and they were able to successfully fix my iPhone charging port, no issues. Was at the store for about 45 mins to an hour. Great service. Will be telling all my friends and family to consider this repair shop for sure before they give up on their phones/laptops/etc.
