Update: he is a liar. I was charged almost $500 and I have not been reimbursed. This business is absolutely a scam. This business is a SCAM! Do not buy from here. I have attempted to call and text. I got one response and then, crickets. This business never shipped my unit and has stolen my MONEY. I purchased a mini split on 16 August and have not been able to make contact since. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and will likely be filing a small claims action on this owner, ole Robert Antley.

Bought my unit and the fan blade broke on it and the fan motor mount. I guess I’m not surprised about either of those breaking being cheaply made. I went in not angry asking if he can get me the parts. I was told yes and please come back in a few days. Waited over a week and still no parts. Went back in and asked about the parts. Said it’ll be a few more days. Needless to say I already ordered the parts from another supplier. Already installed them and back up and running. Today 9-16-25 went in asked again and same result. I’m not mad just don’t like being lied to about parts. If you can’t get them be honest about it. Other than that unit works great just wouldn’t recommend them for you hvac needs.

Needed a mini excavator and a mini skid steer to do some dirt removal at the last minute and LL HVAC SUPPLY LLC came through for me. I was very impressed how easy it was to rent these and how well they both performed. I will definitely be back whenever I need to move some dirt or gravel again. Thank you for the great service and easy rental.

I got a unit for my living room and absolutely love it! It keeps my home cooler than my actual outside unit! Looking into getting a couple more! Great customer service and amazing quality units! Definitely recommend!
