I called them late evening on a Tuesday and received a return call the following morning. A tech came by to look at my unit and fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The tech even checked with me later to see if the unit was cooling my house. Great service and explained things to me so that I could complete understand what he was talking about. I would definitely call them again.

The technician that I met with gave me an over view as to what my A/C unit was doing and an estimate for the repairs. They also scheduled the time for repairs. The thing I also liked very much is they pointed out items that might cause me headaches in the future. I found them to be very professional, prompt, and appreciated the communication I received.
