Great customer service the ladies in the office will get you on the schedule quickly! Dalton was our service man he showed up on time and he did a very detailed spring cleaning for our heat and air. Moved into a new house from out of town that had a water softener. I have no knowledge with water softeners, but did notice there was a problem with the water quality during bathing. Kenny came out, educated me on water, softeners, troubleshooting the problem, tested the water and provided excellent customer service. I could not have asked for any better. Will definitely be using this company for all my future needs.
So appreciate Stolhand-Wells. From the schedulers to the technicians everyone is very professional but also friendly and helpful. Have had them service my heat/air units for years which gives me so much peace of mind particularly since I became a widow. The times I’ve needed service they’ve been very prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.
It was all great except I now can’t pull out my sprayer for my kitchen sink very far. It is twisted up with the main pipe they cleaned out while here to unplug my kitchen sink.
