Like Appliances

I highly recommend staying away from this appliance company. I came and spent nearly $1600 with them between three different appliances. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. They helped me load the appliances onto my trailer and I asked them if they gave me a strap for the fridge. Which is clearly not rated for a fridge. because the strap snapped while I was driving on the highway and the fridge fell face forward, and God extremely damaged on all of the door handles. I kindly ask them if they would be able to replace the door handles and work with me a little bit, and they were completely unwilling to. The owner kept justifying saying that I was the one that has dropped it. However, I had asked them if it would hold and they said yes. After the damage was done I didn’t ask them to take it back or to replace it. All I asked is that they could get me some new handles for it and I would be willing to pay for them. As a customer, I think it was extremely fair what I was asking. that she was going to act like that. I was going to post this review so I’m following through with what I said to which he replied I will show everyone the camera footage of you strapping the fridge down trying to blame me for it. In which you can clearly see his guys helping me. Aside from all this, I will never do business with them again and do not recommend them to anybody else. On a sidenote, many of their appliances are in really bad condition. Many of the fridges had terrible smells and mold. Buildup in them. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone.
