Top-notch experience with American Appliance. April in customer service was friendly, responsive, and on top of everything from start to finish. Jeff, the service tech, went above and beyond—he was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the repairs he was making. Excellent service all around. Outstanding service from Chris Day with American Appliance. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. When he didn’t have the correct part, he went above and beyond—driving 45 minutes to Golden to get it and returning the same day so I wouldn’t be without my wall oven. He also made sure everything was working properly and shared helpful maintenance tips. Highly recommend!
I have used American Appliance to perform maintenance and repair work on our Frigidaire and Wolf oven. Scheduling is quick and easy with quick availability even during the holidays. Their technicians are always knowledgable and take the time to explain the necessary repairs or how the maintenance work extends the life of the appliance. I definately trust their workmanship. Most recently we had maintenance performed on both appliances and a repair on the Frigidaire. Andrew contacted me prior to arrival for both the maintenance and follow up repair appointments. He was on time, courteous and professional. Andrew took care to protect the flooring and clean up the area after he finished. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain what maintenance was being performed and how it helped extend the life of the appliance. Thank you American Appliance.

We had an amazing experience with Chris from American Appliance servicing our Wolf dual fuel range. Chris from American Appliance came out to complete the griddle recall and during the process noticed an issue with the oven gasket. Without even needing to ask he ordered the new part and they called to schedule a time to come back and replace it under warranty. Even after the warranty is done we will continue to work with American Appliance on servicing our Wolf appliances.
