When I arrived, the consultation took about 5 to 10 minutes, and I dropped off my laptop along with the battery I had already purchased online. The turnaround time was about 2 to 2.5 hours. I thought this was very reasonable since there were likely other customers and devices that needed attention as well. The $50 service fee also felt fair for the work completed. The process was straightforward, the staff was professional, and I left feeling satisfied with the overall service. Overall rating: 9/10
