Good finds BUT the only reason why I’m putting two stars is because I had tried on a top and the tag had fallen off but I kept it with the shirt. Turns out I couldn’t even purchase it like that. Knowing damn well the tag matched the top. They make it a big deal like you had committed a CRIME. I told them to check the cameras. I had literally tried on the top when the tag had fallen off. How are you suppose to purchase things without trying them on FIRST ????? So to avoid situations like this don’t put the damn tag on areas it will most likely rip off while trying the clothes on!!!! MAKES SENSE RIGHT ??? I had spoken to the lady at the register she said no and even asked another lady that I don’t even understand what she was saying??. I come from very far to be dealing with these type of shenanigans. DO BETTER !!!!

I will say that the store is very well organized. From the clothing perspective, clothes are in the correct section based off of the sizing, which is nice. My experience today though with checking out was less than desirable. I had two items and when I approached the cashier, the lady came to help me. They were both on sale and when she scanned them, you could see the discounted price. I gave her a $20 bill and I should’ve received $9.77 back. However, she just handed me $9 gave me a half smile and said bye. The machine did some sort of noise and then there was an error on the screen. I didn’t have the energy to ask for my change. I also wasn’t offered a bag for my items. Not quite sure if I’ll be back.

Disgusting customer service & I was physically assaulted at this location. Upon checking out today, I was held hostage by security and my transaction was canceled due to a dispute. When trying to finalize my transaction, I was told that I was no longer able to complete my transaction, and the security guard came to escort me out the store and what she put his hands on me. When I pushed him off of me because they are legally not allowed to put their hands on me, they then started to tackle me on the stairs. Several reports have been made & still nothing has been done . They’re refusing to run the cameras or the hold anyone accountable. Please stop giving this establishment your money
