We just called and had them come and go in our attic to reseal our air conditioning ducts that flow air into our home. My heater went out during freezing temperatures, and I called Legacy Heating and Cooling for help. Dana was extremely helpful and got me scheduled right away. Before the end of the workday, Jeremy was already at my door. Even though it was too late to get the needed part, Jeremy and Rick worked tirelessly to make sure I had heat for the next night with temps dropping into the 20s. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. A huge thank you to Steven, Jeremy, and Rick for getting my unit up and running so quickly, and to Dana for excellent customer service from start to finish. Rick is the man. Came out, actually listened, found the real issue fast, and fixed it the right way. Our AC fan was running nonstop and instead of guessing or upselling, he tracked it down to a moisture issue inside the unit and handled it cleanly. He explained everything in plain English, showed pics of what he fixed, and made sure the system was working exactly like it should before leaving. No pressure, no BS, just solid work.
