I could not say enough great things about my experience with this company. From scheduling to my inspection. My tech Peyton, was very knowledgeable and friendly! He was very thorough and gave me my quote faster than he said he would! I would definitely recommend!

I was extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism. After the first treatment, we began to see bugs in our home that we had not seen prior. According to the contract, if we saw any bugs before the three-month period, they would come back out to treat the problem. I made at least three phone calls and left messages about the issue. I never received a call back. At the three months, we received a text that our service was due. I attempted calling to let them know we no longer wanted service. They didn't respond to my message and came to our home. My husband and I let them know about no longer desiring their service and our reason... We were told by the technician that we could not cancel the service without paying a fee. We agreed to pay the amount to cancel the contract. Two days later, I received a text that they would be out the next day to spray. I called the same day I received the text and the lady I spoke to was rude. Once again I tried to explain the situation and she cut me off to let me know about the termination fee. I let her know that no matter the cost, we would pay it. She came back and stated she would cancel the contract. I expressed to her my displeasure in her being less than professional and she didn't seem to care about my concern about her lack of professionalism. Her only comment was she was not rude. I don't want to mention her name, but if you are looking for an exterminator, this is not one I would recommend.
