My car had ongoing issues that my last indiana mechanic could figure out. (They had me throwing money into it- one thing after another and still had problems) Thankfully Lakeview was able to properly diagnose and unlike last place they lmk wasnt worth fixing.
I can't even begin to explain how helpful the folks have been at Lake View Auto. I was visiting town for the holiday and my van I live and travel in broke down. Thinking it would be an easy fix, turns out it was way worse than expected. Derek went above and beyond figuring out how to fix the issue - even though it was something he'd never seen happen before. He managed to figure out a way to fabricate a new engine mount for my alternator vs having the engine replaced. He understood my unique situation and is truly a miracle worker!!! So grateful for the entire crew. I would recommend Lake View to anyone looking for repairs or service. The folks here are honest, kind, and trustworthy. If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I've never had such a wonderful experience dealing with a mechanic. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me get back on the road!!
Derrick went above and beyond for me when I brought my Bronco Sport in to be looked at. They have been absolutely great service for all the times I have gone there. Thank you Lakeview!!

Before, I rated 2 star but bumped up to 4 star thanks to Jamie. She was so kind, understood where I was coming from, didn't try to cut me off and let me explain where miscommunication was. She explained what was charged better than the mechanics were able to and made me feel heard. Even when a mistake/miscommunication happened, she was able to calmly explain in detail without belittling me and was sincere in their hiccup. We need more people like her in this world. Just a reminder to everyone that asking questions is okay and getting confirmation before doing something is important. Their oil changes are fairly priced and they do a thorough check ✔️.
