This shop has definitely changed with new ownership. I shopped around for quotes and was given the lowest quote from them until dropping the vehicle off to them. My car needed a power steering pump. Their quote was 375 including labor after having a car for three days I was called back and given a quote of 505 supposedly the hoses were hooked up incorrectly, but no new hoses were needed after having a car from Friday until Tuesday. I was given a call to come and pick the car up the power steering pump had been replaced and my bill was $535. I shopped around town and found another auto repair shop. They gave me much lower quotes than Felix auto. I spoke with the lady at the desk and asked who was in charge and I was given a response: Oh just me and the guys. I told her I had a problem with the pricing and she says oh well. I’ll never use this shop again for anything folks, please be mindful that there are dozens of shops around town that do better work than Felix auto and that will discuss and negotiate pricings. Maybe it’s just me or maybe they think that I’ve got a lot of tax money which I do not I do not recommend this shop. Pay close attention to the invoice preferably the labor time, 3.3 hours to replace A power steering pump and to rearrange the hoses? $340 for labor is highway robbery. Basically, they’re saying it took 3.3 hours to disconnect two bolts and two hoses and reconnect. I’m a local chef and I have a lot of friends here in town, best believe I will spread the word.

Wendy (front desk lady) was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Based off other previous reviews, looks like lots of people have had the same issues with her as well. I had to get my car towed here (which I will note that the man who towed my car was extremely nice and very helpful). When I arrived she told me that my car wouldn’t be looked at until the next day. Once the next day came i received no updates so I called myself. Wendy proceeded to tell me that my car wouldn’t be looked at until the day after and that they can’t just clear all their appointments for someone who just got towed. She said it in a very snippy/irritated tone. If she would’ve told me they had a booked schedule that day I would’ve considered having it taken somewhere else. I ended up getting it towed somewhere else and within 10 minutes of getting it there just found out it was a bad battery. Her customer service skills were not at all up to par and I will not be a returning customer 😆
